The design of Crushtek machines is focused on providing high performance in combination with versatility and durability. Our machines can process any material that can be fed into the hopper including virgin stone, construction rubble, recycling material, reinforced concrete pipe, and granite. The compact dimensions and track-mounted chassis are a crucial advantage when evaluating cost and performance. Most units can be transported via a lowboy trailer without any permits, saving the customer time and money. All Crushtek machines are remote controlled and ready for operation within a few minutes of arrival at the jobsite. With the newly developed two-speed drive system, the machines are exceptionally flexible and easy to maneuver. The operator of the loading equipment is able to simultaneously load and operate the crusher with the 12-channel remote control. Crushtek crushers are available in a number of sizes ready to accomplish any crushing and recycling task. The screen product line ranges from an output of 250 up to 330 tons per hour while the crushing product line ranges from an output of 130 up to 600 tons per hour.
